Things have changed! (at Sansone Jr's 66 Automall)
If you visited Route 66 AutoMall (now Sansone Jr's 66 Automall) in the past like we did,and were not so
satisfied, go back, because things have changed! The focus is on making
you, the customer, happy. After receiving a letter and phone call about
turning in my Nissan lease early, I took a chance and DID stop in,
thinking this was just another gimmick (as I experienced in the past at
this dealership). Well, was I surprised! This new philosophy led to not
only me, but my husband (who had a Honda) turning in our leases early
and getting new Nissans. This no-pressure attitude and aim to please
ethic was refreshing and quite honestly, surprising. We are both happy
new owners of a 2012 Rogue and 2012 Altima for just a few dollars more
than we were spending with older vehicles. As a loyal customer (3rd
Nissan), we were offered a great price and felt satisfied and
comfortable with the cost. We walked out of the dealership feeling that
the "shennaghans" that went on in the past were gone. I know we'll be
going there for service too since their service department was always
great.
