Very polite, helpful and listened to what I was looking for
Dear Mr. Sansone,
I am sending this e-mail to you because I want you to know
what a fabulous team of people you have working for you (Sansone Jr's 66 Automall). It's the main
reason I came back to buy another Kia from you.
Let me tell you my story. I purchased a 2010 Kia Forte
last October, 2010. My first car purchase in 25 years because I always
drove a company car which was chosen for me. I was very impressed by
your staff then. They were very polite, helpful and listened to what I
was looking for. I walked out a very happy customer. I've had 2
friends who have purchased Nissans from you since I was there.
Hurricane Irene flooded my Kia Forte and my insurance company totaled my
car. I was devastated. However, I knew I could try to replace my Kia
with you. We walked into Kia and I was greeted by Cathy Traub who
listened to my story and immediately started looking for a replacement.
All I can say is EVERYONE including your Sales Manager and Finance
person went beyond the call of duty! I had a new 2012 Kia Forte within 3
days and I drove it home without paying for it (yet) because my insurance
check hasn't come in yet. I can't stop talking about your
establishment!! This has been the best car buying experience ever!
