           Let me tell you my story.  I purchased a 2010 Kia Forte last October, 2010.  My first car purchase in 25 years because I always drove a company car which was chosen for me.  I was very impressed by your staff then.  They were very polite, helpful and listened to what I was looking for.  I walked out a very happy customer.  I've had 2 friends who have purchased Nissans from you since I was there.  Hurricane Irene flooded my Kia Forte and my insurance company totaled my car.  I was devastated.  However, I knew I could try to replace my Kia with you.  We walked into Kia and I was greeted by Cathy Traub who listened to my story and immediately started looking for a replacement.  All I can say is EVERYONE including your Sales Manager and Finance person went beyond the call of duty!  I had a new 2012 Kia Forte within 3 days and I drove it home without paying for it (yet) because my insurance check hasn't come in yet.  I can't stop talking about your establishment!!  This has been the best car buying experience ever!  Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart!  Your sales team is the best!
